Heather was named CEO in 2023 after more than 30 years with the company in a variety of leadership roles, most recently as AI’s Chief Operating Officer, where she led the integration of many successful acquisitions, including P3C Media, Ad Exchanger, Leadscon,  Red7 Media and the TradeFair Group. She navigated the company’s operating groups through the pandemic-related downturn to substantial financial success.

Heather works closely with the executive team to identify, acquire and integrate synergistic businesses as well as create strong organic growth through new product launches. As CEO, Heather ensures that the vision and mission of AI’s core strategic initiatives are successfully executed across all business efforts.

Heather’s expertise in both direct marketing and paid content have been instrumental in the company’s dynamic transition from a traditional b2b media provider to an integrated global media platform company comprised primarily of face-to-face events and online member-based communities.

Heather is a recognized leader in the b2b community, previously serving on the boards of SIPA (Specialized Information Publishers Association) and SIIA (Software & Information Industries Association) while currently serving on the board of SISO.
