Toni Piela is a member of the RX US Senior Leadership team, focused on Mergers and Acquisitions, corporate development, and business unit strategy. She has been with RX since 2009, initially in Marketing for a variety of B2B and consumer event brands before moving to corporate development. She has seen multiple acquisitions through the integration phase, including JIS (jewelry), Florida Supercon (pop culture), and ITS (intelligent transportation).

Toni is the founder of the RX US Women Connected Employee Resource Group (ERG), the first ERG focused on women at RX and currently serves as the Global Executive Sponsor for Gender Equity at RX. She is also Secretary of Women in Exhibitions North America Chapter as well as serving on the SISO DEI Special Interest Group, the Women in Exhibitions International Board the Nominating Committee for IAEE.

Toni is a graduate of Quinnipiac University and lives in Connecticut with her husband and two children.
