Stu is Co-Founder and CEO of QWC Events, a Virginia LLC that is developing Quantum World Congress as the world’s premier Quantum show. QWC Events, working with governments, industry, academia and communities helps to drive responsible economic growth and vital national interests across this strategic domain.

Stu also serves as Chairman of Connected DMV, a non-profit in the Greater Washington DC region (the “DMV”), that delivers strategic initiatives that provide responsible growth opportunities for all communities. Connected DMV is the strategic operator of Quantum World Congress as one such initiative.

Stu previously served as President of IP3 (International Peace, Power, and Prosperity), an international energy and security startup with the mission of enabling safe and secure nuclear power solutions for the world’s most critical markets. Stu also served 31 years at Accenture, leading the global power business for Accenture Strategy and serving as Managing Director of the Washington DC region.

He has served on a variety of Greater Washington’s top non-profit and civic boards. Stu graduated from Baylor University with BBA and MBA degrees.
