Lance’s background is in launching and leading pop culture live event and multimedia businesses, since early 2023 he’s served as the CEO of Fanatics Events, a division he created for the sports apparel, e-commerce and content juggernaut, Fanatics, Inc.  Fanatics Events creates world class celebrations of sports, entertainment, culture and collecting for avid sports fan communities.

Prior to Fanatics Events, Lance served as president of ReedPop, the quirky pop culture focused offshoot of event giant Reed Exhibitions that he created. ReedPop was the largest producer of pop culture events in the world with a portfolio consisting of New York Comic Con, C2E2, Emerald City Comic Con, Complex Con, Star Wars Celebration, PAX and more.
