Kathleen Thomas is a Managing Director leading JEGI LEONIS’s events, media and information practice. She has over 20 years of experience specializing in M&A advisory across the business-to-business and consumer media, communications and marketing services sectors, with expertise in events, content and information, marketing services, and the outsourced services that support these businesses.

Prior to joining JEGI LEONIS, Kathleen served as a Managing Partner at Drake Star Partners. Before that, she built and led the events, media and marketing services practice at Berkery Noyes, and previously led the same practice areas at VSS. Kathleen has been instrumental in the successful completion of more than 100 transactions, including deals involving Informa, Clarion, CloserStill, World 50, Emerald Expositions, Thomson Reuters, LexisNexis and many other prominent organizations.
