As SVP of Marketing for Informa Markets’ North American business, Felicia Hamerman leads the marketing strategy for over 70 events in eight different industry verticals. A forward-thinking marketing leader, Felicia is responsible for driving marketing effectiveness, enhancing customer engagement and retention, enabling data proficiency, and developing strategic, customer-centric marketing solutions. Felicia previously served as CMO for UBM Americas and CMO of Informa’s Fashion division until 2019, before moving into a role as SVP of Brand Marketing at Emerald, where she led the development of the company’s innovative marketing strategy. She re-joined Informa as SVP of Marketing for the North America Business in October 2023.

When she is not at work, Felicia enjoys spending time with her partner Michael, her two daughters, Taylor and Morgan, playing with Ziggy, her Shiba Inu, and jetting between her homes in Syosset, New York and Boynton Beach, Florida. Felicia holds a B.F.A from Cornell University and an MBA from Adelphi.
