Dana Pace is the Director of Human Resources for Arc Americas.  She has worked for consumer and B2B events and media companies and has 15+ years of experience serving diverse employee populations.  Dana is experienced in talent acquisition and management, onboarding, software implementations employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, and employee engagement.  Prior to joining Arc, Dana worked at Questex, Hanley Wood Media Inc. (now Zonda), and Food52, a digital consumer media and e-retail company.  Dana has an MBA from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and is a certified Professional in Human Resources and SHRM Certified Professional.  She lives in the New York City area with her husband and young daughter.
