As SVP and Market Leader, Carlotta oversees and is responsible for the growth and impact of Informa Market’s New Hope Network portfolio of in-person and virtual events and content, data, and digital products serving the natural & organic products industry. The portfolio includes Natural Products Expo, Newtopia Now, newhope.com, Nutrition Business Journal, NBJ Summit, Natural Foods Merchandiser, and Nutrition Capital Network. Carlotta also oversees the Sustainability business strategy for Informa Market’s North American business and in this role supports event Sustainability best practice sharing, storytelling, and utilizing Sustainability as a lens for commercial innovation and growth.

Carlotta is the past board president of Naturally Boulder, a 1,600-member trade group with the mission of nurturing community, leadership, and innovation in the Colorado natural products industry. As Naturally Boulder’s board president, Carlotta helped bring the Naturally Boulder model to other communities and establish Naturally Bay Area, Naturally Austin, Naturally Chicago, Naturally San Diego, Naturally Los Angeles, and Naturally New York City. She now serves on the board of directors for the new Naturally Network.

In addition, Carlotta is a co-founder of the J.E.D.I Collaborative, which was created to foster justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion within the natural & organic products industry. She also serves on the boards of the Climate Collaborative, whose mission is to leverage the power of the natural products industry to reverse climate change; Organic Voices, a non-profit created to tell the story of organic and fuel consumer and retail interest in and trust of organic products; and the Supplement Online Wellness Library (OWL), an industry-led platform to increase product transparency within the dietary supplement industry.
