Alex joined Informa in 2014 as Group Director of Strategy and Business Planning.  He is a member of the Group’s Executive Committee, responsible for Corporate Strategy, Business Planning, M&A, and Post-Acquisition Integration.  As part of his responsibilities, Alex sits on the Boards of several of Informa’s JVs and investments, including Curinos, Norstella, Lloyd’s List Intelligence, Founder’s Forum, and Piattaforma. 

Prior to Informa, Alex was a Partner with global consultancy Bain & Company where he focused on corporate transformation, growth strategy, and M&A due diligence.  Prior to Bain, Alex was with Monitor Group.
