White Papers

Our white papers cover a single topic in depth.  Written by SISO members, each special report gives the reader factual and usable information that can be applied directly to the member’s business.  Current topics include visa issues, emergency planning, hotel attrition policies, expanding revenues from available exhibitors, the use of audits, mergers and acquisitions, international operations, buying and selling your show, etc.

Industry Marketing

Vital to the continued success of the show industry, SISO pioneered the effort to raise major capital and industry talent to launch a national promotional campaign.  SISO’s long-term commitment to the success of CEIR programs ( www.CEIR.org) is apparent by both personal and SISO Contributions to CEIR.

SISO Partnerships

SISO's partnerships with its sister organizations add strength to the whole industry. SISO is a Board Circle member of USTA, an effective and powerful lobby group dedicated to informing the government about issues dealing directly with travel, hospitality, and the events and exhibition industries. SISO is also a partner with UFI, AFIDA, AMPROFEC, IAEE and CCPIT, which annually holds the CEFCO conference for the development and growth of the exhibition industry in mainland China.
